Avoid heavy exfoliation or sun exposure 24-48 hours before. Let hair grow about 1/4 inch (roughly two weeks after shaving). Arrive clean, avoid lotions or deodorant, and communicate any skin sensitivities with your esthetician.

Some discomfort is normal, especially on the Brazilian area, but our specialists prioritize quick, efficient strips and calming techniques. Pain varies by individual and wax tolerance; regular waxing often reduces sensitivity over time. Numbing options can be discussed at the appointment.

Most clients enjoy smooth skin for three to six weeks depending on individual hair growth and care. Regular waxing slows regrowth and can thin hair over time, extending intervals between appointments. Follow home care to maximize results.

Ideally hair should be about 1/4 inch long (approximately two weeks’ growth) so the wax can grip effectively. If hair is too short, we may trim; if too long, we’ll trim to comfortable length before waxing for best results.

Avoid hot baths, saunas, heavy exercise and sun exposure for 24-48 hours. Apply calming, fragrance-free lotion and avoid deodorant for underarms if irritated. Gently exfoliate after 48 hours to prevent ingrown hairs and promote smoother regrowth.

Waxing may be unsuitable with sunburn, active infections, open wounds, recent chemical peels, certain medications (like isotretinoin), or radiation therapy. Please disclose medications, pregnancies, or skin conditions during booking so our estheticians can advise and ensure safe treatment.
